We are looking for a Senior CRO Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering impactful conversion rate optimisation strategies for a range of clients. As part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will work closely with some of the industry’s best talent to provide solutions to complex data and optimisation challenges. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to help design, deliver and analyse CRO programmes for a variety of clients, contributing to the strategic growth and direction of our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experimentation : Develop, run, and analyse A/B, multivariate, and personalisation tests using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Target, Webtrends Optimize or Optimizely.
  • Personalisation: Build bespoke customer experiences through a suite of AB testing tools, and analyse each campaign’s performance, which ultimately result in carefully curated website personalisation strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative research to identify conversion opportunities and provide actionable insights and recommendations through robust data analysis. Work flexibly across workstreams, providing support to the wider SIO team as required.
  • Optimisation Strategy: Support the CRO and SIO Leads in designing CRO strategies that optimise website pages, user flows, and customer touchpoints, to create an exceptional user experience with measurable improvements to conversion rates.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the optimisation process and managing day-to-day communications to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Create trusted partnerships to consistently deliver value to our clients
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (PM, developers, analysts etc.) and client stakeholders to efficiently deliver experimentation activities and ensure alignment of CRO strategies with broader business goals and customer needs.
  • Documentation & Process Management : Produce clear and thorough documentation for CRO programmes, from test ideation to implementation and analysis. Ensure projects are managed efficiently and delivered on time.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in conversion rate optimisation, user experience (UX), and digital analytics to continuously evolve client strategies and internal processes. 
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with the Station10 team and with our clients.

Experience and Qualifications (Required)

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a CRO role, focusing on experimentation and personalisation for clients.
  • Proven track record in planning, executing, and reporting on A/B and multivariate tests, with experience in one or more tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Webtrends Optimize, or other similar platforms.
  • Strong skills in using web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, to derive data-driven insights for CRO initiatives.
  • Knowledge of how to optimise the customer journey for higher conversion rates.
  • Proven experience running and managing end to end CRO programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience in efficiently managing your own workload to provide the best results for multiple clients; proactively picking up tasks, delivering to the desired level and prioritising activity to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, analysts and marketers, to implement CRO strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and CRO recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Competencies (Not Essential):

  • Experience working agency-side
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to work closely with development teams on test implementation.
  • Knowledge of SQL or experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of website management, either ecommerce, content creation or lead generation
  • Awareness of UX design principles
