Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting Remote Desktop Services and/or Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
  • Managing and resolving networking issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs).

  • Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs).
  • Experience with virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V or VMware).
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam).
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Virtual Desktop.
  • Basic understanding of high availability and disaster recovery concepts.
  • Scripting or automation (PowerShell).
  • Previous MSP experience.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced MSP environment where you'll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, clients, and projects, with clear progression into 3rd line or infrastructure roles over time.
