This is a flexible, zero-hours role ideal for someone with strong GP reception experience who is confident using EMIS Web and Docman. You will play a key role in patient access, safe navigation, and smooth day to day practice operations.
Ideal for someone who wants extra or flexible sessions that fit around other commitments. You value a supportive clinical team with clear systems and substring.
Main duties of the job
The Bank GP Receptionist will greet patients, manage appointments and calls, update records in EMIS Web, handle documents via Docman, and support the clinical team with day-to-day admin, all while maintaining confidentiality and following practice policies.
