Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Must be experienced in answering the telephone and motor trade knowledge., Greet customers and assist with their service needs

• Schedule service appointments and manage the service diary

• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services

• Liaise between customers and the workshop team

• Upsell additional services or products to customers

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Proficient in cash handling procedures

• Possess mechanical knowledge to understand service requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Ability to upsell additional services or products to customers
