About Greenly
Greenly was founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud with one mission: make carbon management as essential as financial management. In 2026, Greenly joined forces with the Nordic-founded company Normative. Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting, proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120. Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease — supported at every step by our in-house climate experts. More than 4,000 companies in 30+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life-cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM. We are now a team of 200+ people from 40+ nationalities, based in Paris, Stockholm, London, Barcelona, and New York. To date, we’ve tracked over 200 million tons of CO₂ through our platform. Our next milestone: 10,000 clients and one billion tons of CO2 under management.

About The Team
As we accelerate our expansion across the UK and Nordics, we're looking for a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and take direct ownership of one of our most strategic growth engines.
About The Role
As Sales Manager for UK & Nordics, you will own a significant share of Greenly's new business growth and lead a team of 9 Account Executives, while partnering closely with 2 SDR Team Leaders and their 14 SDRs who feed your pipeline. You'll sit at the intersection of sales execution, coaching, forecasting, and GTM strategy - reporting directly to the VP Sales.
What You'll Do
- This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on ownership, rigor, and building a scaling sales organization in a fast-moving environment.
- Drive the number: Own and deliver 45% of Greenly's 2027 new bookings target for the UK & Nordics region.
- Build a daily forecast and commit discipline that keeps the team on track to hit targets, with clear visibility on risk and upside.
- Lead and develop the team: Manage and coach a team of 9 Account Executives, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth.
- Run weekly pipeline reviews: deal health, blockers, and next steps.
- Ramp up new and existing AEs on sales methodology, objection handling, and Greenly's product, offers, and feature updates.
- Join strategic calls and demos alongside your AEs to support deal momentum and improve conversion rates (CVR).
- Own pipeline and GTM strategy: Provide strategic oversight on pipeline creation, lead flow, and funnel health across the sales cycle.
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for UK & Nordics, in close coordination with pipeline generation from 14 dedicated SDRs and their 2 Team Leaders.
- Maintain impeccable CRM and pipeline hygiene across the team.
- Partner cross-functionally: Be the voice of the field: feed back market needs, objections, and product gaps to Product and Marketing teams.
- Anticipate and prepare for key moments in the sales cycle: month/quarter close, next month/quarter planning, and quarterly business reviews (KPIs, wins, losses, and root-cause analysis).
Skills To Succeed
- Min 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales as AE, with a strong track record in mid-market, large, and/or Enterprise segments.
- Min 3+ years managing sales teams, including direct management of Account Executives.
- Experience working in a scale-up environment, comfortable with fast growth and ambiguity.
- ESG/sustainability industry experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Based in London, or willing to relocate there by January.
- Strong CRM discipline and an analytics-driven approach to pipeline and forecast management.
- Highly organized, with a proven ability to anticipate and prepare for key business moments (closing, planning, quarterly reporting).
- A natural coach and motivator, able to bring out the best in a sales team.
