Our journey began in 2019 at the Lloyd’s Lab, the leading InsurTech accelerator in London, and at Station F in Paris, where our team of data scientists, software engineers and product managers developed Allphins’ groundbreaking solutions for reinsurers. Once Here You Will
- Become an Account Executive in the commercial team, working closely with the founders to expand the business.
- Develop outbound strategies to create opportunities on a named account list and drive new logo acquisition.
- Develop account plans for each of your accounts based on defined ICP and personas.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead to close, leveraging internal stakeholders at each stage based on the playbook.
- Consistently build champions and develop relationships with stakeholders within your target accounts, whilst leveraging the founders to create executive stakeholder relationships and land new logos.
- Work with the Allphins team to build and deliver compelling business cases, run successful pilots and prove the value of the Allphins solution with your clients.
- Understand deeply the challenges your prospective clients face related to aggregating and processing risk, and learn to position the Allphins solution appropriately.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of closing experience in a B2B software or technology sales environment, ideally within an early‑stage business.
- Motivation for rapid development and an eagerness to work closely with the founders of a scaling business.
- Adaptability to succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where the answer is not always clear.
- A willingness to generate your own pipeline, with a proven track record in driving new business whilst always looking for ways to generate revenue with your clients through strategic approaches.
- A disciplined, methodical and process‑driven sales approach – you’ll be skilled in managing time and resources; leveraging internal stakeholders to support your ability when closing deals.
- A desire to deeply understand your prospect's business, engaging with multiple functions of their business to uncover areas of opportunity.
- Excellence in the past as a top performer in your previous roles, and are someone who is highly achievement‑oriented, closing high 5‑figure and 6‑figure deals.
- High energy and driven to continually raise the bar in terms of performance and expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passionate about fintech and the potential it brings.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with the insurance or risk management industry is highly desirable; experience in specialty insurance is a plus.
- Knowledge of the insurance and/or re‑insurance space.
