Composition: The UK team consists of 2 Solutions Engineers, part of a global team of 4.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders like the VP Sales UK, Sales, and Product Managers, and externally with prospects and existing clients.
Role Overview: The Solutions Engineer acts as the technical bridge between prospects and AB Tasty's platform, accelerating the sales cycle and driving enterprise revenue.
Tech Stack & Tools: JS, HTML, CSS, APIs, Loom, Salesforce, Confluence, Realm, Jira.
Additional Information: The role involves travel, mostly within London and across the UK for key prospect meetings.
- YOUR MISSION
- Manage The technical and product relationship with prospects and customers, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain Tailored solution presentations by analyzing prospect websites and delivering smart, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- Drive Alignment between market needs and product innovation by providing feedback to product development teams and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Lead End-to-end pre-sales efforts, from demonstrations and RFP responses to scoping and pricing, with minimal support.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation, while communicating new product capabilities clearly and effectively.
- Act as the technical voice in high-level discussions with engineering, management, and executive stakeholders, demonstrating value and feasibility of AB Tasty’s solutions.
- What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in pre-sales engineering in a Saa S environment, with 5+ years supporting sales and service delivery for enterprise clients.
- Confidence in customer-facing communication, technical analysis, solution positioning, and navigating complex RFI/RFP processes.
- Eagerness to combine strong technical foundations (HTML, CSS, Java Script, web technologies, APIs) with a passion for helping clients unlock product value.
