We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Passenger Assistant to join our team. As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of passengers, particularly those with special needs and disabilities, to and from their destinations., * Assist passengers with disabilities, elderly individuals, and other vulnerable individuals during transportation, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.

Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking vehicles, including wheelchair users and individuals with mobility aids.

Secure passengers and mobility aids safely within the vehicle, following established protocols and procedures.

Communicate effectively with passengers to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance and support.

Monitor passenger behavior and respond promptly to any issues or concerns, being calm at all times.

Work collaboratively with drivers and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of transportation services.

Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing passenger transportation, including health and safety guidelines and disability discrimination laws.
