We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our growing team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex care requirements in North Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care and support.
- Promote independence and dignity.
- Support service users with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Administer medication in line with training and policies.
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months UK Support Worker experience.
- Medication Administration (Theory).
- Lone Worker Training.
- Up-to-date mandatory training.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Training and Experience:
- Learning Disability & Autism Awareness.
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS Foundation).
- Epilepsy Care.
- Buccal Medication.
- PEG Feeding.
- Diabetes Awareness.
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
