Direct Care: Engage in activities like play, cooking, personal care, and supporting education and health needs. Household Management: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained home, including health and safety checks. Advocacy: Be the voice for young people, ensuring they get the right support from other services. Paperwork: Keep care plans and risk assessments up to date and write reports as needed. Must Have: Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Residential Care or NVQ Level 3/4 in Children, Young People & Family Support. Experience: Minimum of 9 months experience in a childrens home, with leadership skills. Driving: Full, clean UK driving license. Shift Flexibility: Able to work shifts and sleep-ins as needed.
