Responsibilities: ·Supporting residents with their wellbeing on a day-to-day basis. ·Monitor, observe and record progress, ensuring care plans are followed effectively. ·Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care. ·Provide one to one support.
