We are now recruiting PMVA certified Support Staff to join our growing team and provide exceptional care across multi-bedded hospital settings. As a PMVA Support Worker, you will work alongside experienced clinical teams, support patient wellbeing, and contribute to safe, therapeutic environments where your skills make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to residents and patients
- Follow care plans and accurately record observations
- Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, families, and support staff
- Deliver one-to-one support when required
- Maintain safety and uphold PMVA principles at all times
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker
- PMVA training (essential)
- Mandatory healthcare training certificate
- Valid Enhanced DBS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
