SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED - NEWNHAM, GL14
STATIM Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for an ongoing opportunity in the Newnham area.
The role is suited to reliable and experienced care professionals who are confident supporting individuals with complex care and challenging behaviours.
DRIVER PREFERRED, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
The advertised hours can be amended depending on availability and service requirements.
MANDATORY COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Oliver McGowan Level 2
- PMVA - 3 Day Course
- M&H Practical
- DBS registered on the Update Service
- Up-to-date blood/immunisation records
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional and committed approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a wider care team
- Flexibility to work the required shifts
DRIVER PREFERRED
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous, but applicants without a vehicle may still be considered.
