Support Worker required for a residential care home in Weymouth, Dorset.

PAY RATE: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour

Location: Weymouth, DT3

Hours: Full time — day shifts (14:00-21:00) and night shifts (21:00-09:00)

Contract: Ongoing temporary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
  • Administer medication in accordance with care plans
  • Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities
  • Maintain accurate care records

Requirements

  • Experience in a care or support role preferred
  • Enhanced DBS check on Update Service (or willing to obtain)
  • Mandatory training certificates (or willing to complete)
