What You Need

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in a mental health or healthcare setting
  • Understanding of person-centred care and recovery-focused approaches
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Valid NMC pin (RMN)

Preferred Qualities

  • PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training
  • MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) training
  • Experience in psychiatric or mental health settings

Your Duties

  • Supporting service users with daily living activities and personal care
  • Administering medication and monitoring physical health
  • Supporting with meal times and social activities
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment
