Statim Healthcare Ltd is recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses to work at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone in the Maidstone, Kent area. We are a healthcare staffing agency supplying staff to Cygnet Health Care services nationwide. We have ongoing shifts available including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
What you will get:

What you need:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Understanding of person-centred care and recovery-focused approaches
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Right to Work in the UK
- Valid NMC pin (RMN)
- It would be an advantage if you have PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training
- MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) training
- Experience in psychiatric or mental health settings
Your duties:
- Supporting service users with daily living activities and personal care
- Administering medication and monitoring physical health
- Supporting with meal times and social activities
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Leading shifts and supporting care staff
- Following care plans and risk assessments
