Statim Healthcare Ltd is recruiting Support Workers to work at Cygnet Hospital Bury in the Bury, Greater Manchester area. We are a healthcare staffing agency supplying staff to Cygnet Health Care services nationwide. We have ongoing shifts available including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

What you need
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker in a mental health or healthcare setting
- Understanding of person-centred care and recovery-focused approaches
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Right to Work in the UK
It would be an advantage if you have:
- PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training
- MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) training
- Experience in psychiatric or mental health settings
