What do we expect from you?

  • An education in engineering.
  • Proficiency in facade design principles, materials (glass, aluminum, steel, cladding, etc.), and construction techniques.
  • Knowledge of structural engineering principles related to building envelopes.
  • Familiarity with thermal performance, waterproofing, and acoustics in facade systems.
  • Experience with industry standards and regulations (e.g. EN, BS).
  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD).
  • Ability to model in 3D (Inventor / SolidWorks).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facade engineering or building envelope design.
  • Experience working on high-rise, commercial, or complex architectural projects.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and installation processes for facade components.
  • Experience working in the UK market is appreciated.
  • The ability to represent the company in English (at least B2 level).
