We have an exciting new opportunity for a Line Leader within our Site Services Department, the role is working Monday to Friday 05.45 to 14.00.
The successful candidate will be responsible for staff organisation and key daily tasks of a Site Services Operative.
An overview of the role is detailed below:
·Delegate tasks & information to colleagues
·Manage and improve site service systems through continuous improvement
·Ensure all site service operatives adhere to health and safety practices
·To ensure that each area is adequately manned
·Oversee completion of pre-use check sheets
·To book all production staff holidays on the Civica system
·To correct misclockings
·To assist the Site Service Shift Manager in ensuring all KPIs are met
·To assist the Site Service Shift Manager in preparing the site for internal and external audits
·To implement a plan for completing jobs across the site
·All roles and responsibilities of a Site Service operative wherever required
Candidates should have good communication skills with a flexible approach to achieving targets.
Ideally candidates will have excellent attention to detail and be a team player.
Applicants should hold a valid driver’s license, and a counterbalance license would be advantageous.
