Job Description:
We have a new opportunity within our Toppings Department for a Line Leader to join our Icebird Production Team.
The role is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 13:45 β 22:00.
The estimated start date for the position will be 1st August 2025.
You will be responsible for organizing all manufacturing operations within your assigned area, ensuring effective use of assets without compromising operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and improving housekeeping/GMP in all areas
- Replenishing line with raw materials
- Reporting machinery or product issues
- Acting as a role model for people management practices
- Managing, guiding, and coaching team members
- Building effective relationships
- Managing CCPs in designated areas
- Completing paperwork accurately
- Communicating problems promptly to the Team Leader
- Providing first-line supervision to the team
- Maintaining equipment in the designated area
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management
- Adhering to H&S and Hygiene policies and procedures
Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role and be team-oriented.
Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Food production experience is preferred but not essential.
