Building Maintenance Operative

We have a permanent opportunity within our Building Maintenance Department for a Building Maintenance Operative. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs across site. An overview of the role below but not limited to: • Working at heights • Repair light fittings • Installation of factory and office signs • Carry out a variety repairs in line with good manufacturing practice • Carrying works involving plumbing, joinery, electrical and more • Any other reasonable requests • Support and train colleagues where necessary • Adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures • Adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures. The successful candidate should have background knowledge in all aspects of building works (plumbing, joinery, electrical, and more) with the ability to work as part of a team or alone.
