We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our HR Team. The role will be working Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the HR Department and provide good customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
An overview of the role but not limited to:
- Human Resources
- Manage the HR inbox and deal with general HR queries
- Supporting the Maternity & Paternity process
- Manage the AWOL administration process
- Provide administration support for HR
- Providing cover for company inductions as and when required
- Inputting new starters on to the HR System
- Carrying out pre-employment checks
- Dealing with reference requests
- Supporting the onboarding process
- Support with weekly contractual changes
- Provide administration support for recruitment
- Cover the Recruitment Coordinator when required
- Maintaining personnel records
- Reporting
- Employee identification checks for immigration audits
- Supporting with any relevant project work
- Support the training and CSR area of HR
- Any other reasonable requests
Candidates should have strong demonstrable administration skills with excellent communication abilities. Good attention to detail is key with the ability to meet deadlines and use own initiative.
