Purpose of the Role
We have a permanent opportunity for an Operative to join our Building Maintenance Team.
Key responsibilities
- Working at heights
- Repair light fittings
- Installation of factory and office signs
- Carry out a variety of repairs in line with good manufacturing practice
- Carrying out works involving plumbing, joinery, electrical and more
- Adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures
- Adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures
Skills and Experience required
- To have background knowledge in all aspects of building works (plumbing, joinery, electrical, and more)
- Experience within a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and lone working
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Maintenance related qualification
