We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Director of Operations to oversee and manage the operational performance, quality, and strategic growth of our care services. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organisational objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple care services to ensure high-quality care delivery, operational efficiency, and effective resource management.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to quality, occupancy, financial performance, compliance, and service user satisfaction.

- Lead preparation for regulatory inspections and support continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety, dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence across all services.

- Manage operational budgets effectively and support sustainable financial performance.
- Work collaboratively with finance teams to monitor expenditure, improve profitability, and maximise operational performance.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years’ senior operational leadership experience within health or social care settings.
- Experience managing multiple services/sites and leading large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of care legislation, regulatory frameworks, and quality standards.
- Proven experience managing budgets and delivering operational and commercial success.
- Relevant professional qualification in Nursing, Social Work, Health & Social Care Management, or a related field.
