The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high‑quality nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to ensure residents receive comprehensive, individualized care. Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with current best practices, standards, policies, and procedures.
