You will provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support customers by offering guidance, product knowledge & recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You will also ensure the department is well presented, fully stocked & operating efficiently. You will:
- - Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest product launches
- - Have previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment &/or skincare experience may be advantageous
- - Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong customer service focus
- - Be focused to achieve targets and develop and grow the customer base
- - Be confident in learning new products.
