Positive Steps is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our regulated care service in Jersey. This senior role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with Jersey Care Commission (JCC) standards and the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of the registered care service
- Ensure compliance with JCC regulations and inspection requirements
- Lead safeguarding, quality assurance, audits, and governance
- Manage and develop staff through supervision and training
- Oversee care planning, medication management, and safe staffing
- Act as a senior professional role model
Essential Requirements
- QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- 3–5 years experience in a similar position
- Core skills required: Ability to speak and understand English
