Positive Steps is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our regulated care service in Jersey. This senior role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with Jersey Care Commission (JCC) standards and the Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the registered care service
  • Ensure compliance with JCC regulations and inspection requirements
  • Lead safeguarding, quality assurance, audits, and governance
  • Manage and develop staff through supervision and training
  • Oversee care planning, medication management, and safe staffing
  • Act as a senior professional role model

Essential Requirements

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • 3–5 years experience in a similar position
  • Core skills required: Ability to speak and understand English
