This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to deliver high-quality technical services to our retail customers. You will be responsible for the installation, repair and ongoing support of appliances, IT, consumer electronics, smart home products and the wider Powerhouse range.
Acting as a vital link between our sales team and service operations, you will help ensure a smooth customer journey and a consistently excellent customer experience. With a professional and approachable manner, you will take pride in providing reliable technical support and resolving customer issues efficiently.
