We are seeking full-time trainees to work a flexible schedule, travelling daily, working the tides on the Oyster Farm in Herm.
Working on the beach, duties include sorting, grading and harvesting our oysters.
The role is physically demanding and manual dexterity ,strength, communication skills and an eye for detail would be helpful.
