We are actively looking to recruit an energetic general assistant for our busy till department at Le Friquet Garden Centre.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for processing customer purchases through our tills efficiently and accurately. You will be able to engage openly with our customers with an energetic and can-do attitude. This role is all about offering excellent and best on Island customer service. Your focus will always be on the customer and meeting their expectations to ensure our customers enjoy a truly unique and memorable shopping experience. Helping our customers with any queries they have and promoting the Diamond Club membership, organising deliveries all will contribute towards this.

ABOUT YOU

No experience is necessary, full training will be given. Our customers are our main priority so you therefore need to be someone who is passionate about customer service, polite and outgoing. You will be able to perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get 'stuck in'; prioritise tasks effectively and displaying a 'can do' attitude at all times. Ensure store standards are maintained and stock maintained to its best quality.
