The predicted salary is between 13.1 - 13.1 £ per hour.
Part time position available with a salary of £13.10 per hour (16-17), £14.10 per hour (18+). A range of contract sizes are available, from 8 hours per week, including 12, 16, 20 and 24-hour contracts, plus some larger contracts. Shifts are generally worked in 4-hour blocks, with a variety of early morning, daytime, evening and weekend shifts available. Store opening hours will be 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-6pm on Sundays, but store teams will be required to cover operating hours of 6am through to Midnight.

We are looking for Store Team Members to join us and help build a new team from day one. As a Store Team Member, you'll be at the heart of the store, welcoming customers, keeping shelves stocked, maintaining great standards and working across different areas of the store. Opportunities to work across different areas, including shop floor and tills, Café, Bakery, Garden Centre, replenishment and cleaning, with training provided to help you develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide enthusiastic customer service by assisting with product queries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support your team to maintain high standards across the store.
- Unload deliveries and swiftly get stock out on the shelves.
- Handle tills, manage cash transactions, restock shelves, and adapt to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.
Minimum Criteria To Apply:
- Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service.
- Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment.
- Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment.
- Hardworking and reliable.
- Polite and professional.
- Available to start from w/c 26th October to complete the required induction and training ahead of our store opening on 14 November 2026.
- Must have the required entitlement to work in Guernsey.
