The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team. The Older Adult Community Mental Health Team, which incorporates the memory service based on the Island of Guernsey, is seeking an experienced Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner.

As a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, you will be part of a service providing specialist input to service users and their carers who may be affected by a mental health diagnosis.
