Cooper Brouard Estate Agent in the Bailiwick of Guernsey is seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

You will manage buyer and vendor enquiries, conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers to progress sales.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, strong customer service and sales ability, and the ability to work well both in a team and independently.

A full driving licence is preferred.
