We are actively looking to recruit anenergeticgeneral assistant for our busy pets department at Le Friquet Garden Centre.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will assist our customers in all elements oftheir experience shopping with us, including helping with products, showing product knowledge. You will have a genuine interest in pets and animals.
This role is all about offering excellent and best on Island customer service. Your focus will always be on the customer and meeting their expectations to ensure our customers enjoy a truly unique and memorable shopping experience.
ABOUT YOU
No experience is necessary, full training will be given, including product knowledge. Our customers are our main priority so you therefore need to be someone who is passionate about customer service, polite and outgoing.
You will be able to perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get 'stuck in'; prioritise tasks effectively and displaying a 'can do' attitude at all times.
Ensure store standards are maintained and stock maintained to its best quality.
Meticulous to the detail in terms of product placement, standards, presentation, visual elevation and aesthetics of the retail environment.

- Starting pay from £28000-£30000 per annum dependent upon experience and pro rata for part time

- Fixed rota with 2 days in a row off including a weekend day
