With over 4,500 clubs globally, Anytime Fitness is the world's largest 24-hour fitness chain. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in the role of Membership Advisor/Sales Consultant located at our Guernsey location on Victoria Avenue in St Sampson. You will be the public face of the club, bringing prospects in, selling the club as a facility and ultimately signing members up. Alongside this you will help maintain a buzzing club culture and assist our existing members where possible.

Our perfect candidate will enjoy working both within and outside of the club environment. They will have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others. You will be expected to work full time, which may include early/late shift patterns and weekends.

Requirements:
  • Approachable and personable with a sense of fun!
  • Naturally target driven with a desire to achieve targets and bonuses.
  • Outstanding communication skills are essential.
  • Comfortable on the phone, in front of a computer or facing sales prospects face to face.
  • A background in health and fitness and/or experience in a sales environment is preferable but not essential.
