We're looking for a friendly, confident and reliable Bartender to join our team.
This is primarily a bar-based role, so you'll spend most of your time behind the bar preparing and serving drinks, looking after customers and keeping the bar running smoothly.
We do, however, work as one team, so we're looking for someone who is flexible and happy to help on the floor when needed. This may include taking food and drink orders, running drinks or food, clearing tables and helping the front-of-house team during busy periods.
The Role Will Include
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Providing friendly and efficient service at the bar
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and well stocked
- Restocking and preparing the bar for service
- Maintaining high standards throughout the shift
- Helping with general bar duties and closing/clean-down
- Supporting the floor team when required, including taking orders, running food and drinks and clearing tables
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous bar or hospitality experience
- Is confident working behind a busy bar
- Has great customer service skills
- Is reliable, organised and works well under pressure
- Enjoys being part of a team
- Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed during service
