Le Friquet Hotel in Guernsey is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. You will be responsible for running your section efficiently and cooking to a high standard.
You will maintain excellent hygiene standards and work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team. Previous chef de partie experience and a good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene are essential.
