We have an opportunity for a CSP Assistant Manager to join our Guernsey office. The successful candidate will support the Managing Director, CSP Manager and Head of Company Secretarial and Governance in the delivery of high‑quality corporate services, while assisting with the management of a diverse client portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth of the corporate services team, contributing to both client delivery and the development of junior team members.

Principal Duties

  • Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of client entities delivering a prompt, professional and solutions‑focused service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring service excellence across all interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date corporate records and statutory registers.
  • Attend and manage client board meetings, preparing minutes, resolutions, statutory forms and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory filings.
  • Work closely with the internal compliance team to ensure all AML/CFT, risk and regulatory requirements are met across the portfolio.
  • Support the application of a risk‑based approach and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and review client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely collection of receivables.
  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing enhancement of internal policies and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding of new business, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
  • Contribute to the development and mentoring of junior team members as the team grows.
  • Support senior colleagues and continue to develop your own technical expertise.

Experience

  • At least 5 years’ client‑facing corporate services experience within a professional services environment.
  • Experience working within a GFSC regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of AML/CFT obligations, client due diligence requirements and risk‑based approaches.

Professional Qualifications

  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
  • Working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification such as CGI, ICSA or STEP.

  • Strong organisational, time management and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A resilient, client‑focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
