The States of Guernsey is looking for an Allocations and Occupancy Officer to join their team in Housing. The post holder will be responsible for all administration in relation to applications, transfers, reviews of tenancy and exchanges for social housing.
To maintain the waiting list for social housing ensuring social housing stock is allocated and occupied by those eligible for social housing.
To provide support to other sections of Housing in the provision of a quality housing service. Liaise with colleagues in the States of Guernsey, Guernsey Housing Association (GHA) and outside agencies.
The post holder will report to the Senior Allocations and Occupancy Officer.
