About You
You don't need previous climbing industry experience.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and a passion for working with people.
You may have management experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, finance or another customer-focused environment.
You'll be organised, proactive and confident building relationships, leading a team and helping a small business succeed.
