The Office of the Data Protection Authority is seeking a Complaint Intake & Resolution Officer on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will join the Enforcement Team to intake and assess complaints under the Data Protection Law, 2017, determining eligibility for consideration.
As a professional and approachable point of contact for complainants, you will ensure confidence in the Authority's processes and decisions, progressing matters to outcomes and handling sensitive information with integrity.
