A global financial services business is looking to hire an IT Support Engineer for its London office. This is a hands-on role supporting a professional user base across desktop, mobile, systems access, connectivity and business applications. The environment is fast-paced, service-led and suited to someone who enjoys solving problems quickly, communicating clearly and taking ownership from first contact through to resolution.
The role would suit someone coming from a strong IT support, desktop support, service desk or end-user technology background who is now looking for a more demanding environment with broader exposure. You will be supporting users across hardware, software, access management, mobile devices, remote access and collaboration tools, while working closely with wider technology teams to resolve more complex issues.
