State Street in London is seeking a qualified solicitor or barrister to join the Markets legal team, focusing on equity swaps and Prime Services. You will draft and negotiate ISDA master agreements, credit support annexes, master confirmations, and related documents while supporting onboarding of institutional clients in the EMEA region.
The role requires collaboration with global legal colleagues, regulatory insight (MiFID/EMIR/SFTR), and the ability to operate in a hybrid setup at Canary.
