Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-profile projects, including integrations and operational change programmes.
- Establish and maintain governance, cadence, and reporting frameworks, ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Operations, Technology, and Finance to align on objectives and execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives, providing clear and concise updates that distil complex detail into actionable insight.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
- Map and document end-to-end business and technology processes, ensuring integration is delivered in a consistent and scalable manner.
- Act as the glue between functions, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum.
- Engage with third-party partners and vendors (e.g. Deloitte, PwC, technology providers) to align deliverables with internal requirements.
- Manage and integrate vendor, third-party, and client-directed data across key domains (reference, pricing, benchmark, ESG, holdings), centralised via the Alpha Data Platform—a cloud-native data warehouse enabling a single source of truth.
- Ensure compliance with time tracking tools across ADS business areas to support accurate resourcing, productivity monitoring, and departmental forecasting, contributing to P&L health and profitability.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of best practice frameworks and standards for project and programme delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years’ experience in project or programme management within asset management, investment services, or financial services.
- Demonstrated expertise in front-to-back operating models, with a clear understanding of investment lifecycle processes.
- Proven ability to engage with and present to C-Suite executives both internally and externally.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex, detailed issues into simple, actionable messages for executive audiences.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience in matrixed organisations and influencing without direct authority.
- Track record of delivering projects involving multiple functions, geographies, and external partners.
- Experience in establishing governance frameworks, reporting, and risk management in fast-paced environments.
- Professional project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Clarity and AI tools such as Atlassian Rovo.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data services, and system integrations an advantage.
