What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Client Engineering Leadership: Build and lead a global Client Engineering organization with a clear mandate focused on client experience and operational efficiency. Define the function’s scope, operating model, and engagement framework across Sales, Product, and Support. Establish clear accountability for technical and operational activities, including solution design, onboarding, and implementation support. Drive a high-performance culture focused on consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Experience & Delivery Quality: Own the quality and consistency of the end-to-end client implementation and onboarding experience. Drive improvements in client satisfaction, NPS, and overall service perception. Identify and resolve systemic issues impacting client experience and delivery outcomes. • Solution Design & Implementation: Oversee the design and delivery of scalable client solutions aligned with product capabilities. Ensure consistent, repeatable approaches to onboarding, integration, and workflow implementation. Improve time-to-onboard and time-to-adoption through optimized delivery processes. Act as escalation point for complex client implementation challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the primary interface between Product Sales, Product, Technology, and Support teams. Ensure alignment between client requirements, product capabilities, and delivery processes. Support Product teams with structured feedback on client needs and implementation challenges. Reduce downstream support burden through improved solution design and implementation quality.
  • Risk & Governance: Ensure all client-facing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Promote a culture of risk excellence, accountability, and transparency. Establish appropriate governance and escalation frameworks across all regions.

What We Value:

  • Strong leadership in building and scaling client-facing delivery or engineering teams
  • Proven ability to improve client experience and operational efficiency at scale
  • Ability to operate effectively across commercial, product, and operational functions
  • Structured, data-driven approach to measuring and improving performance
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a global organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
