The E2E Environments & Global Batch Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, and governing end-to-end environment and batch management capabilities across complex client implementation programs. This role serves as the primary point of coordination across Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and Client teams to ensure environment readiness, batch execution, testing support, conversion planning, operational readiness, and go-live success. The position combines strategic planning, governance leadership, technical coordination, and operational oversight to support successful implementation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy, Planning & Governance
    • Define and drive the end-to-end environment and batch strategy aligned to program objectives and implementation requirements.
    • Develop and maintain readiness roadmaps, project plans, governance frameworks, stakeholder matrices, and dependency models.
    • Establish standards, controls, and governance processes supporting testing, conversion, deployment, and operational readiness.
    • Identify opportunities to standardize, optimize, and automate environment and batch capabilities across implementations.
  • Environment Management & Testing Readiness
    • Lead environment planning, configuration, integration, and readiness activities across implementation and testing phases.
    • Manage environment inventories, configuration standards, dependencies, support ownership, and connectivity requirements.
    • Coordinate environment readiness for feature testing, integration testing, BUAT, CUAT, conversion activities, client onboarding, and vendor integrations.
    • Drive reference data setup, fund onboarding, and platform configuration activities across environments and integrated systems.
  • Batch Management & Operational Readiness
    • Own the development and maintenance of end-to-end batch architecture, visualization models, and operational designs.
    • Define batch processing requirements, schedules, dependencies, service levels, and support models.
    • Standardize batch documentation and drive alignment across technology, product, and operational teams.
    • Ensure operational readiness through monitoring, support frameworks, reporting, and escalation processes.
  • Conversion, Reporting & Optimization
    • Define and coordinate conversion strategies, data seeding activities, and overall data readiness planning.
    • Support end-to-end testing, conversion events, and production readiness activities.
    • Oversee batch reporting, performance monitoring, issue management, and root cause analysis.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational stability, performance optimization, cycle-time reduction, and automation opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Leadership
    • Serve as the central coordination point across Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, Release Management, and Client stakeholders.
    • Lead environment and batch governance forums, review sessions, and readiness assessments.
    • Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, environment readiness, and batch performance to leadership and client stakeholders.
    • Facilitate cross-functional decision making and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in environment management, batch operations, implementation delivery, platform operations, or enterprise technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of testing lifecycles, release management, data conversion, operational readiness, and batch processing frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and dependencies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting large-scale financial services, asset management, or platform transformation programs.
  • Experience with BUAT, CUAT, DITL, conversion, and go-live activities.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations, operational support models, performance analytics, and process automation.
