Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Regulatory Change Management Program Manager to lead the enterprise‑wide implementation of a RegTech vendor solution to optimize and scale the regulatory change management program. This role reports to the Head of the Global Regulatory Change Management Program Office and interacts daily with stakeholders across lines of defense and vendor contacts.

Ideal candidate experience: risk management expertise and experience designing, executing, and evaluating regulatory change management programs in financial services. This role is based in US locations: Boston, Quincy MA; Clifton & Princeton NJ; Stamford CT; Berwyn PA; Kansas City MO and the United Kingdom, London. Hybrid model.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Lead day‑to‑day implementation of a RegTech vendor solution.
• Research & resolve production issues with vendor, perform root cause analysis.
• Manage implementation plan, cover risks, address roadblocks.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders across lines of defense.
• Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, revise business requirements.
• Develop & maintain procedures, guidance, job aids.
• Embed oversight & monitoring controls.
• Create & deliver training to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with risk assessment teams to input regulatory changes.
• Implement metrics to monitor execution.
• Prepare periodic reporting for senior management.
• Champion change, foster collaboration, ensure stakeholder buy‑in.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in compliance, risk or legal within financial services.
• 5+ years direct experience with regulatory change management programs.
• Experience with RegTech vendor providers.
• Sound understanding of Federal Reserve SR 08‑8.

Additional Requirements

Work with team members and stakeholders across all regions; some meetings may be early/late times.

Salary Range

$110,000 – $177,500 annual (location‑specific).
