Who we are looking for
Within Alpha Professional Services in EMEA we are looking for a Senior Project Analyst Alpha Strategic Change who is responsible for performing analysis of complex Change programs across our EMEA clients.
This person should be able to evaluate the requirements of the assigned projects, determining impacted business teams and provide documented analysis to the PM resulting from interactions with BAU SME’s and Clients. Additionally, this person would need to manage and track risks and timelines and source cost estimates for approval.

What you will be responsible for
As Client Change Management is a key service within Alpha and is increasingly cited by clients as essential to satisfaction, this role will be responsible for identifying requirements, ensuring engagement of impacted parties for solutioning and controlling issue and risk governance for complex Change projects across our EMEA Alpha Clients.
The Service is delivered across all clients and covers complex IT and Business change activities after on-boarding. Projects are serviced end-to-end and include a full range of internal and external drives:
- Product-related change and implementation
- Operating model harmonisation
- Tactical and strategic e2e solutioning
- Regulatory and market change
- Data, system and service upgrades/migrations
- Other client-driven change e.g. demerger activities
To ensure a clear and consistent service, projects typically follow a standard delivery model – although this varies depending on the specifics of the project and the approach taken by the client:
- Requirements
- Solutioning and Impact assessment
- Project Plan and Costs
- Development and Testing
- Operational and IT Readiness
- Implementation
- Hypercare
What we value
- Strong Business Analyst knowledge and experience
- Wide experience in requirements analysis and solutioning of large scale, multi-location projects
- Strong Team Player and Stakeholder Management, including the ability to work collaboratively and to manage priorities as required
- Thoughtful evaluation and delivery of client facing and internal business requirements and services as a result of proficient communication skills
- Profound Business and Servicing knowledge and expertise
- Broad understanding of the State Street Alpha Operating Model and ancillary services
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- BA Degree in finance related topic
- Profound knowledge and experience in Middle Office and affiliated areas like Back Office
- Additional knowledge in growing areas like Alternatives, ESG would be welcome
