This role enables Conversion Leads and SMEs to focus on decision‑making and issue resolution while maintaining flawless execution cadence.

Why this role is important to us: The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Alpha Professional Services, launched in 2019. • Ensure runbooks are:
      • Complete, version‑controlled, and validated
      • Clearly owned at each step
      • Aligned to actual system behavior (not theoretical flows)

    • Monitor execution in real time and proactively identify:
      • Schedule drift
      • Missing inputs or approvals
      • Downstream impact risks
    • Drive structured escalation:
      • What happened
      • Impact
      • Decision required
      • Recommended path forward
    • Maintain calm, controlled command presence during high‑pressure situations.
  • Governance, Communication & Reporting
    • Provide clear, concise, real‑time status updates to leadership during conversion events.
    • Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, and execution notes.
    • Ensure all deviations from plan are documented with rationale and approvals.

    • Coach junior coordinators and execution resources on:
      • Conversion discipline
      • Runbook rigor
      • Effective escalation

  • Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership, technology, and operations.

Education and experience requirement(s):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management or related field; plus 7-10 years of relevant financial industry experience.
