Global Markets is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of AI-enabled financial products and workflows. This role sits within the Global Markets Design team in London and will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and senior business stakeholders to design complex enterprise platforms used across trading, liquidity, financing, research, analytics, and reporting. We are looking for a strategic designer who combines strong product thinking, systems thinking, and modern AI-assisted design practices to transform how financial professionals work and make decisions. This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

As a Senior Product Designer you will:

  • Lead end-to-end product design across strategic Global Markets initiatives.
  • Design AI-assisted workflows that improve productivity and decision quality.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define future-state experiences.
  • Transform complex financial processes into intuitive user-centered solutions.
  • Create user journeys, workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise design systems and reusable patterns.
  • Establish design approaches for copilots, agents, and intelligent automation.
  • Use research, analytics, and feedback to validate and evolve solutions.
  • Contribute to design-to-code practices and modern product delivery models.
  • Mentor and support designers across the wider organization.
  • Influence product strategy through user-centered and business-focused thinking.
